The new Samsung Galaxy Book2 – powerful and lightweight assistant

Today in the spotlight we have put a portable assistant by Samsung – the Samsung Galaxy Book2. It’s basically a tablet with a keyboard dock and stylus.

You can check its in-depth specs and more information here: https://laptopmedia.com/series/samsung-galaxy-book2/

Given that it’s a tablet, we are not surprised by the machine’s mobile CPU – the Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 which is pretty capable, to be honest. The graphics side of things is similar with the available Qualcomm Adreno 630 GPU. Also, the amount of memory you get is the expected for a tablet – up to 4GB of RAM. Storage-wise, up to 128GB of SSD storage should be enough for your apps and all, considering that this gadget is there for you to do work on the go and not store everything you might want.

Moving on to the display section, we find a touch-sensitive 12.0″, FHD+ (2160 x 1440), IPS panel. It can be used with a stylus too if you are into these things. Among the extras of this bad boy, we find a fingerprint reader and two USB-C ports. What’s more, the Galaxy Book2 is super lightweight tipping the scale at 0.79kg and its profile is only 7.6mm thick! Pretty impressive indeed.

It’s always good to know what alternatives you have and in this case, we are looking at the Lenovo ideapad Miix 320, HP Spectre X2 12, and Huawei MateBook E.
