When the American company Microsoft announced that an exclusive desktop game will be released (Forza Motorsport 6) we were more than happy. The game features 450 virtual cars which can be tested on each of the 27 tracks, only on an Xbox. We were a bit disappointed by the fact that the PC version offers a smaller number of vehicles and tracks. To compensate for this, Forza Motorsport 6: Apex was released free of charge in the Windows store.
To download the game, you have to have Windows 10, which continues to spread on the market. Those of you who have missed the chance to install the game should be sorry. In terms of graphics – it’s more than pleasing, and the racing game allows great controls with a joystick and even a keyboard. Forza Motorsport 6: Apex is not an arcade game but we can’t say that it’s a pure simulator like Assetto Corsa, for example.
After the couple of months during which the game was in a Beta stage, the title is now a completely developed and released as a finished product. Once again, fortunately for the users who like this type of games, Forza Motorsport 6: Apex is absolutely free of charge. Up until now there was no option of controlling a car with a racing wheel because such devices were not supported. From today onward the game supports a good number of PC racing wheels which are included in the list below. After a great number of users shared their discontent as regards the lack of support for racing wheels, we are happy that the developers have corrected what was necessary for even greater enjoyment while gaming.
