Design

The laptop has a sleek design with sharp edges on the inside and round edges on the outside, so you will feel the sharpness when resting your palms on the base. The laptop should be made of metal, but regardless, the silver finish is great. The lid has a glossy HP logo. Overall, the laptop weighs 2.49 kg and has a profile of 19.55 mm, which is alright for a 17.3-inch display.

Display

The display selection includes an FHD IPS display with 300 nits of brightness and 100% sRGB coverage. Then we have a 4K UHD IPS display with 400 nits of brightness and 100% DCI-P3 coverage.


Specifications and features

The laptop is powered by two U-series and two P-series processors from the Alder lake family. You can get up to the Core i7-1260P, with 12 cores and 16 threads. There are integrated graphics from the Iris Xe Graphics family, while the NVIDIA RTX 2050 takes care of your discrete GPU needs. Overall, the power has a decent amount of power to take care of your productivity and Creator work, while also being able to do a fair bit of gaming.

The I/O of the device consists of a total of three USB Type-A 3.2 (Gen. 2) ports, two USB4 ports with Thunderbolt 4 support, an HDMI 2.1 port, an SD card reader, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
