Design

The laptop has a really industrial design which reminds us a lot of a MacBook. There are sharp edges on the lid and the base, which make it look very sleek, sophisticated, and stylish. The material imitates metal, but we would have to get one so we could be certain about that. Dell states that they used up to 21% of bioplastics from trees but using a byproduct of papermaking. This makes the device very eco-friendly and reduces the carbon footprint. Dimensions-wise, Dell has managed to reduce the height by nearly 3 mm.

Display

Dell has chosen a 13.3-inch Full HD IPS panel, which at this size will for sure provide an excellent picture. The panel has a maximum brightness of 400 nits which is great and the added anti-glare screen coating, as well as the Gorilla Glass, will keep it free from scratches. Blue light is also taken care of thanks to the ComfortView Plus which negates the harmful effects of blue light, while not compromising on the color accuracy.

Specifications and features

The specs are much better for 2021, with the Dell Latitude 13 5320 getting Tiger Lake treatment, with options both on the lower end, mainly the Core i3-1124G4, which offers enough power at a fairly low TDP, as well as on the higher-end, in the face of the Core i7-1165G7, which is an absolute beast.
