ASUS N752 (FHD, IPS) display profiles – Quality and Health impact results
The ASUS N752 uses a well-known IPS panel, which is also found in the ASUS ROG G752’s Full HD configurations. It has wide sRGB coverage, bright backlight, high contrast ratio and close to optimal color temperature making it suitable for multimedia purposes and gaming. In the pack below, you will find the usual Health-Guard, Office work / Web design and Gaming / Movie Nights profiles, each of which will improve the overall image quality in certain aspects. As we already said, the ASUS N752 has an IPS panel with wide sRGB coverage, close to optimal color temperature and high maximum brightness but the average deltaE (color accuracy) is way above the desired 4.0 value. Since this is a perfectly good IPS panel for your general needs, our display profiles will only further enhance the image quality, correct to some extent the color accuracy and improve the visibility in the darker areas of an image.

Office Work / Web Design
This profile aims to deliver the most accurate colors possible in the sRGB gamut – the colors used on the Web. That makes it suitable for Office work and, in some cases, for Web Design. However, this display doesn’t have the needed properties for color-sensitive work so we suggest looking for a laptop with a better IPS panel that has a wider sRGB coverage and more accurate colors out of the box. We were able to partially fix the problem with the color accuracy bringing the average deltaE from 9.8 to 7.8.
Along with the color adjustments, we were also able to tweak the white point and also made some corrections of the gamma curve.
Gaming and Movie Nights
You can take advantage of the Gaming and Movie Nights profile, which will improve the overall visibility – especially in darker areas of the image – during gaming and watching movies (you can see an example here).
As for the Health-Guard profile, it reduces the blue light impact and eliminates PWM to some extent. But since the notebook doesn’t have PWM, this profile will only help bring the blue light emissions down to a bearable level.
