On average, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (165W) is 11% faster compared to the RTX 3080 (130W). On Low, both rivals are close while on Medium, the bigger GPU has the upper hand with 29% more FPS. However, on Ultra the lead of the 165W video card is reduced to 9% and in general, the GeForce RTX 3080 [130W] performs well and it’s still a very capable GPU when it comes to World Of Tanks Encore.
