日本[FPS Benchmarks] Rocket League on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3070 (130W) – the RTX 3080 won but the RTX 3070 is super-fast too
Rocket League has a huge player base because of its fun gameplay. As you may already know this game is something like soccer (football) with cars and one huge ball to hit.
In addition, the title is free-to-play so everyone can download it. This is an Unreal Engine 3 game and it’s not quite heavy – even some not-so-powerful GPUs like the GeForce MX450 can achieve more than 120 FPS on High-Quality mode. Verdict
At the end of the day, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) is 15% faster on average but for most of you that will not be something very important. Let’s explain why – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) is able to show 720 FPS on High Performance Quality and 401 FPS on High Quality preset and that enough for any kind of monitor with a high refresh rate on the market, even for the 360 Hz models.
Sure, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) is faster but if Rocket League is your main game, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) will do a hell of a job for less money.
