[FPS Benchmarks] Red Dead Redemption 2 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) and RTX 3050 (75W) – RTX 3050 Ti (75W) is 9% faster

Red Dead Redemption 2 uses the well-known GTA gameplay formula – you can roam freely in one huge world which is full of missions and curious side quests. This title is set in the Wild West so you’ll ride horses instead of cars.

The RAGE engine looks great but the beauty of the surrounding world comes at a price – the game is heavy if you greatly increase the visual quality. For this comparison, we have prepared two good mid-range NVIDIA GPUs – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) and RTX 3050 (75W).

Verdict

The difference between the two GPUs isn’t huge – on average, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) is 9% faster compared to the RTX 3050 (75W). The most suitable visual quality for the two graphics cards is the Medium preset – the game looks okay on this quality and both video cards can push over 50 FPS  which isn’t bad at all.

If you want to save some bucks, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (75W) is a decent choice and the bigger GPU can give you a bit more FPS boost.
