Verdict
At the end of the day, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti [95W] is 24% faster on average compared to the GeForce RTX 3050 [75W]. The 95W is faster no matter the visual quality. It seems that the High preset is the sweet spot for both GPUs when it comes to visual quality and FPS. In this scenario, the 95W sibling offers 23% more FPS which (in most cases) leads to a smoother gameplay experience.
