[FPS Benchmarks] Gears 5 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) and RTX 3050 (75W) – the bigger GPU is 9% faster
Gears 5 follows the events after the end of Gears Of War 4. The new game isn’t that different compared to the old one in terms of gameplay experience but the graphics quality is enhanced -the new title looks better and it is well-optimized which is great news for people with budget machines.
In most scenarios, a decent mid-ranger GPU is enough for at least 60 FPS on Ultra quality. That’s why for this article we’ll inspect the performance of two mid-range NVIDIA Apere video cards – the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) and RTX 3050 (75W).

Verdict
The GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) is 9% faster which isn’t a mind-blowing lead. Sure, the bigger GPU is always faster but not by much. The GeForce RTX 3050 (75W) can give you almost the same performance for less money. Both GPUs support DLSS which is good in cases when you want to have a higher FPS (and if the game support this feature).
