[FPS Benchmarks] Cyberpunk 2077 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3070 (130W) – the RTX 3080 is 19% faster on average
Cyberpunk 2077 is probably one of the biggest game releases of 2020. The single-player campaign is interesting and it’s really long, especially you are a completionist and you want to complete all the side missions alongside the in-game achievements.
On the technical side, the game looks very well, especially If ray-tracing is enabled. Of course, there are some bugs (even after the latest game patch – version 1.2) but right now a lot of bugs and glitches are fixed (sure, there is more to be desired as always).
If you like to crank up the visuals to the max, you’re going to need a super-powerful gaming machine (and deep pockets as well). So, for today’s comparison, we are about to see what kind of performance the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3070 (130W) are able to offer when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077.

Verdict
So, equal TGPs and different hardware under the hood but expectedly the GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) is just faster. It has more CUDAs and ROPs which leads to 19% more FPS on average. On the other hand, the RTX 3070 (130W) is a good GPU as well that can offer great performance alongside better price-performance when it’s compared to its bigger sibling.
