日本[FPS Benchmarks] CS:GO on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3080 (85W) – the 130W GPU is faster
CS:GO is the successor of CS: Source and interestingly enough, both games are based on Valve’s own Source engine. There isn’t a lot to say about this game because its name says a lot – probably the most successful online shooter of all time.
This game is now free to play, so everyone can download it via Steam. The good news is that isn’t too heavy but this is a competitive shooter and a higher FPS is always a welcomed extra. Without further ado, let’s see how many frames per second the GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3080 (85W) can show.

Verdict
At the end of the day, the 130W GPU is 18% faster on average. This is a decent lead but it seems that the 85W GPU is just fine for this game because it can deliver almost 350 FPS on Max quality which is enough even for 300 Hz displays. And you can save some bucks by choosing the 85W version.
In addition, we can say that both GPUs are doing a great job when it comes to CS:GO.
