[FPS Benchmarks] Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3070 (130W) – the bigger GPU is 23% faster on Ultra
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a super successful reboot for the series. As always, there is a thrilling single-player campaign, a multiplayer that offers a lot of different game modes, and last but not least – the battle royale mode that is called Warzone and can be downloaded for free.
Finally, we saw a Call Of Duty game that is being built with the aid of a new and modern engine. In this title, we have the IW 8.0 engine – Modern Warfare looks good and it runs okay even on low-end hardware like GeForce MX450 (of course, on Low settings).
We’ll check the performance of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3070 (130W) and we will use the Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare as a benchmark tool so stay tuned.

Verdict
The difference between these two rivals isn’t that big on Low and Medium settings – from 13% to 10%. The margin is gettings bigger when we switched to Ultra details – in this scenario the bigger GPU is 23% faster which is a respectable result.
Still, the GeForce RTX 3070 [130W] looks like a good choice if you don’t want to spend a whole fortune on an RTX 3080-based laptop.
