Just like the previous titles of the series, Borderlands 3 has a unique look and its gameplay experience is a breath of fresh air because it’s full of humor and interesting stories. Borderlands 3 has some RPG elements – the character and the weapons that can be leveled up.
When it comes to system requirements, Borderlands 3 sits somewhere in the middle – not the lightest game, but it’s not heavy as Metro Exodus or Shadow Of The Tomb Raider. Still, the Badass preset isn’t that light and a good mid-range GPU is a must if you want to see FPS around the 60 FPS mark.
For this article, we’ll compare two mid-range video cards – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (95W) and RTX 3060 (65W).

Verdict
Of course, the bigger GPU is the winner. It offers 16% better performance compared to the 65W rival. In reality, (perhaps) this leads to a bit smoother gameplay experience. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (65W) isn’t slow by any means – it can show 57 FPS on Badass preset and 74 FPS on High which is probably enough for most gamers.
