[FPS Benchmarks] Borderlands 3 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (90W and 115W) – both perform decently but the 115W GPU is 8% faster
Borderlands 3 features a cell shading tech which makes the game look quite unique. Its cartoon-ish visuals make the whole gameplay fresher. And while we are still talking about the graphics, the Badass preset is really heavy – it’s presented with a very detailed image but you’re going to need a powerful machine for 60 FPS on average.
Things are getting better when you lower the visual settings. For example, on High preset, the picture quality is very close to what you can see with maxed-out settings. Speaking of which, let’s check the performance levels of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (90W) and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (115W) and see what these two are capable of when it comes to Borderlands 3.

Verdict
The difference between the two GPUs isn’t mind-blowing. On average, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (115W) is 8% faster compared to its smaller TGP sibling. If you want a lot of FPS and decent picture quality, the Medium preset is probably the right choice. On the other hand, it seems that both video cards are good-enough for Badass quality because they can offer more than 50 FPS.
