[FPS Benchmarks] Battlefield V on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (95W) and RTX 3060 (65W) – the 95W GPU is 20% faster on Ultra quality
Battlefield V debuted in 2018 and the successor is already on its way but despite that, the game still looks fine. It’s based on Frostbite 3 engine and it supports features like DLSS and ray-tracing. The game isn’t too heavy if you aren’t greedy for Ultra details.
For more than 60 FPS on Low details, it looks like the NVIDIA GeForce MX450 (GDDR6 / 25W) can do the job no matter the fact that it’s a low-end GPU.
If you want to play multiplayer with bumped visuals, you’re going to need something a lot more powerful. For this comparison, we have prepared two decent Ampere GPUs that will not stretch your wallet too much – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (95W) and RTX 3060 (65W).

Verdict
It looks like both GPUs are good performers. Sure, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (95W) has won the match but the GeForce RTX 3060 (65W) is showing good FPS no matter the visual quality – 101 FPS on Ultra isn’t bad at all considering how low the TGP of this GPU is.
