Verdict
Alright, the bigger GPU is 16% faster on Medium and 20% faster on Max details. It’s fine given the hardware differences between the two GPUs. When we put the prices on the table, it seems that the GeForce RTX 3060 (100W) is a worthy product because it delivers almost 170 FPS on Max quality and that’s enough for 144 Hz displays.
On the other hand, if you want more FPS, the GeForce RTX 3080 (105W) is a good choice and its downside is the price.
